From ambiguous idea to working software
I take products from positioning through system design, frontend, backend, deployment, and launch. The work I keep coming back to lives where privacy, identity, and developer ergonomics meet, because those are the places where most products quietly assume their users won't mind giving something up. I prefer to ship products that don't make that assumption.
My output skews towards small, opinionated tools owned end-to-end. Build & Ship removes the deployment tax. Better Authenticator removes the authenticator-app-switch tax. PulseProof replaces invasive face-scan vendors with a signed liveness token that holds no biometric data. Purelymail Calendar adds the missing calendar half to a privacy-first mailbox.
